Totally flower child 1960s! This could be a prom dress or a bridesmaid dress. It’s so rich! The bodice is purple-blue velvet with poofy short sleeves. The skirt is acetate or polyester with a pink-purple chiffon overlay. Lace accents the high waist. It fastens up the back with a metal zipper. The watteau is attached and fastens with hooks and eyes, it’s a really nice accent!

I could find no holes or major stains, though a little bit of tearing at the back slit seam and some dirt at the very bottom that I’ve not tried washing out.
