This dress is totally 80s! The skirt and matching belt maroon velvet, and the top is crisp white floral lace. Attached belt loops are still in place. The belt buckle is silver colored plastic with rhinestones. You would need to wear a camisole under this!

The only flaw I found were some stains on the left arm, but I’ve not tried washing this so don’t know if they will come out or not.

Measurements are:

42 inches total length as measured from the back of the neck

32 inch waist

38 bust

22 inch long arms (from the seam at the top of the shoulder)

15 inch across at the shoulders.
