Vintage Carine Couture button up summer shift – curvy, XL, and fun

Vintage Carine Couture button up summer shift – curvy, XL, and fun

Did you ever want to break the fashion rules of not wearing stripes with polkadots? Now you can, by wearing this groovy blue and white dress.
There is some very minor tearing at the side seams seams and I noticed the bottom button was missing.

Taken with garment laid flat and then doubled where appropriate. Please allow enough “wiggle room” for a comfy fit.

Estimated modern size: 26
Overall Length: 36″
Bust (armpit to armpit): 48”
Waist: 44”
Hips: 48″
Shoulder: 16”
Sleeves: none”

Clipped to size S dress form: obviously not 🙂 I did clip it back in the first picture.
*Clipped to dress form means we are trying to show proper fit, or the way it would fit someone of the correct size

Professional WordPress nerd. Lover of all things older than me. I am fascinated by early 1900s labor and feminist history, and have a sporadic addiction to reading nonfiction about those things on I scan old photographs and ephemera when I get really super bored. On Etsy I sell vintage clothing that I got as part of an interesting trade deal a few years ago.
