This purple velvet vintage 1990s button up shirt dress by “Jeans by Express” is a comfortable and versatile! The matching purple buttons are a nice detail.
Unfortunately the 2nd to bottom button missing, but a button from the top could probably easily be sewn on. Some lint, even with dusting it off.
From the label I think that this is early 1990s. Label also says “100% cotton made in the British colony of Hong Kong” and that it’s size 11/12 (I think it’s more like size 16, but please pay attention to the measurements below).
Measured flat and doubled where appropriate:

- 36 inch waist
- 42 inch hips
