Elevate your wardrobe with this authentic, totally wearable vintage fur coat from the Mod era. This striking piece is ready to step out, offering a fun, luxurious aesthetic synonymous with the late 60s and early 70s Glam style.
The coat is made from genuine Rabbit Fur arranged in bold, horizontal stripes of dark brown and creamy white. It features a structured, boxy silhouette, a wide collar, hidden side pockets, and a classic double-breasted front closure using original elastic loops over large round buttons.
Flaws & Condition Notes (Priced for Quick Sale):
Lining Stain: There is a noticeable, dark stain on the interior satin lining (photographed and disclosed).
Yellowing: Minor yellowing of the white fur patches is present, consistent with the age of the garment.
Lining Separation: Minor separation of the lining is noted near the bottom hem.
Closures: The top hook closure is missing, but the coat fastens securely with the elastic loops and buttons.
Overall: The fur is soft, plush, and the coat is structurally sound and ready to wear as-is.
Condition: Totally wearable vintage condition with expected signs of age. Lining shows several stains and light marks, particularly near the hem and underarm area. There is minor yellowing at some of the lighter fur and a small area where the lining is coming loose at the bottom hem. Top hook is present but I could not locate a corresponding eye. Fur itself feels plush and soft with normal light wear from age. Sold as-is as a true vintage piece.
