Terms and Conditions
All items ship within two business days, usually next business day, via tracked priority or first class USPS mail. Once we drop the item at the post office, we are NOT responsible for the speed at which it arrives to your door. If after two weeks (US customers only), the tracked item has still not arrived, please reach out so that we can notify the post office. Usually, in the case of lost (domestic) packages, a case is filed and we refund you in full.
Returns and Availability
When purchasing any vintage clothing or accessories please shop carefully and ask questions prior to purchasing as all sales are considered final for vintage and downloads unless in the very rare case that the condition is grossly misstated. Please make sure to take your accurate measurements, and leave a little “wiggle room” to ensure the best fit. See our page on how to measure yourself for vintage clothing. Again, reach out and ask any questions prior to purchasing.
While we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and availability which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may accidentally occur. If we discover an error in the availability or condition of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order with changes or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled.
Condition of Items
It is accepted that garments offered are vintage items and as such have been worn and are not new unless stated. Celebrate the charm etched on every lovely piece! History can sometimes be hidden a faded seam or small spot of wine. Most pieces you purchase here are in great condition and still have a long life ahead. Almost all the faded sparkles will still shine. Though we provide you with accurate information about the condition of our clothing, we ask you to remember that these one of a kind garments have stood the test of time, but sometimes have the scars to prove it!
