Here are front, inside, and back scans of three baby shower cards from a party that was held in August 1962. I love this style of illustration artwork, and the fonts! The mother-to-be wrote down what gifts she received on the back of each card, which must have made sending thank you cards much easier!

I love the rhymes that came with each card:

“A gift for someone sweet and small, who’ll win the hearts of one and all”.

“This baby gift is bring you, a shower of happy wishes too!”

The baby shower cards below are the first ones that I scanned.
