Construction & Fit Finding true vintage plus sizes is always a treat, and this one has a lovely, forgiving cut.

The Fit: The bodice features unique diagonal chevron seams that visually nip in the waist without being tight.
The Details: Six decorative metal shank buttons add a touch of military/mod flair to the hips.
Comfort: The main body of the dress is fully lined in a smooth, silky fabric (likely acetate), so the textured polyester doesn’t scratch your skin. Note: The sleeves are unlined.
Closure: Back nylon zipper works smoothly.

Condition Report: Wearable Project This dress presents beautifully on a form or body, but upon close inspection, she needs a little TLC. Selling AS-IS.

Neckline Split: The fabric has pulled apart at the “V” of the neckline (see photo). This is a clean seam split that could be closed with a few hand stitches.

Hem: The hem stitching is coming loose in areas and appears to have been mended before.
